Who will conclude the contract with me??
The licence agreement for the Enterprise version is concluded directly with Odoo S.A.. Your Odoo service provider is responsible for the processing.
How is a paying user defined?
A user is defined as an employee or supplier who has or will have creation or editing access to Odoo. External users (such as customers or suppliers who are portal users) are not counted as users. Example:
- An employee who submits expenses and timesheets is considered a user;
- An external accountant working with Odoo in your accounting department is considered a user;
- Customers and suppliers who can access their invoices online are NOT counted as users;
- Visitors to the Odoo website are NOT counted as users
How long does the free offer remain free of charge
The free offer remains free forever, for an unlimited number of users, as long as you do not install any additional applications.
