Process model for Odoo
Step 1: One-day workshop (1 - 3 MT)
So that you know which functions are in Odoo and we know which concrete requirements you have,
ecoservice conducts one-day workshops at your premises.
The workshop teaches you about the standard Odoo workflows and
then goes into concrete approaches to solutions for your business process.
Step 2: Test system (1 MT)
Immediately after the workshop, a test system is set up for you.
By means of a questionnaire, the most important settings are determined and recorded as a module for further installations.
This gives you the opportunity to try out the functions in a database configured for you and to familiarize yourself further with the Odoo standard.
familiarize yourself with the Odoo standard.
Step 3: Specifications (3 - 5 MT)
Once the test system is in place and you have gained an overview of Odoo,
ecoservice creates the so-called requirements specification together with you.
Based on these requirements, we will later provide you with an estimate of the time required.
Milestone: submission of offer
With the submission of the offer, the first phase "requirements analysis" is completed.
Until then, costs in the amount of 5 - 9 MT have been incurred.
Without the first phase (step 1 to 3) ecoservice cannot submit a reliable offer.
Step 4: Implementation
During the implementation phase, ecoservice is in close contact with you.
We often work at your site.
This has the advantage that arrangements and delivery can take place promptly.
Each delivery ensures that the ERP remains executable.
One of the components of Step 4 is the migration of data from an existing legacy system.
The early migration of data leads to user identification with the new system.
Step 5: Testing phase
During the test phase, ecoservice is ready for immediate adjustments.
Only when the test phase has been successfully completed
will the final transfer of your data from the legacy system and the go-live take place.
Steps 4 and 5 are repeated until all requirements from the specifications are implemented.
Since this is an incremental process, the costs are calculated in MT.
Milestone: Accepted system that can be used by the customer.
In phase 2, regular training sessions are held with the key users.
This ensures contact with the specialist departments.
Step 6: Training
Training is now being extended to all employees involved.
The goal is to go live with the new system as soon as possible.
Milestone: All employees are trained.
In the last phase, the final migration of the data is carried out and the system is brought into productive operation.
Milestone: The system is in productive operation.
When all the steps have been successfully completed, we can say:
"Congratulations, you have successfully implemented your ERP system".
